I need an HTML Javascript Sip Client for Telnyx

I need an HTML and Javascript SIP Client for a laravel system i have. I don't need design, etc. I need a clean simple code of a working SIP Client that is connected to Telnyx. I need to be able to make phone calls and handle events via javascript. Since my system is with laravel, NPM installation is not an option. This is a small project for someone who knows what he is doing. If you are not an expert, please don't reply.
