A mobile application (Working MVP) -- 2

We are a group looking for a developer to build us a mobile application for our idea. We will have the UI designed and we want the developer to build it for us. It is going to be a working prototype app where a user would get a couple of vouchers and redeem those for different courses she is taking. the course instructor will get the notification and take a couple of steps on his end. there might be external APIs needed. We would need a verified sign-in feature (not social sign-in but rather a two-factor authentication). The prototype will be used for a pitch in early fall and we would need to have the MVP by then and we are advised by to use freelancers for the initial MVP. If our MVP is selected in the competition, we would need the developer to fully build it later on. We are currently on a low budget but if selected, we might have extra funding or the developer can join as a member of our group.
