meat Traceability website

my project is a Traceability website for tracking meat.
the idea is I have meat (with ID:123) and this meat will move to each node(I have 4 nodes) and each node will enter data for this meat. I have already done the first smart contract which allows the first node to enter the meat Information and I want Help to develop another smart contract to allow the second node to enter the meat Information.
i develop my project with HTML,react,JavaScript,solidity.
i upload the smart contract.
