make map on page with POI`S

We are looking for a freelancer who can help us create a map on a webpage using OpenStreetMap, map-box, google maps,Carto , leaflet or different systems that you recommend .

You can use ready-made systems or develop yourself. what is easy for you. if you are going to use addons etc, it is good if you specify the price of these systems
We currently have the code for a system that is 100% what we need, but unsure if these are correct as it is time-consuming to use them.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience with OpenStreetMap, mapbox, google map , Carto, leaflet or different systems that you recommend.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with working with APIs

Requirements:
- The map should be interactive and allow users to zoom in and out, as well as pan around the map.
- The map should include specific Points of Interest (POI's) that I will provide in a CSV file. There are approximately 900 POI's in total.
- Make different filters.
- Each POI should be marked with a unique icon or marker on the map, and when clicked, it should display additional information about the POI.
- Easy to import more POI with csv file
- Easy to export data poi to csv file

If you have experience with OpenStreetMap, mapbox, google map , Carto, leaflet or different and web development, and are able to handle a large number of POI's, please submit your proposal with examples of relevant work.

you must specify prices for the system you will use, e.g. price for api, if we need special hosting etc

Time is very important to us. This is mainly a beta development, so we don't want to spend too much time on customizations. we are willing to remove functions if this is necessary to get the delivery fast.
