I am looking for someone who is an experienced in React Native

Thank you for paying attention to my project.
I have one existing react native project that is using React Native push notification.
This project is using one signal push notification service.
But I would like to configure the notification service as I want.
I want to send notification to specifical users.
Currently it is sending notification to all users(devices) now.

How can I configure this?

If you have perfect solution for this, I will give you another tasks too.
