Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for someone to fix a bug in the scheduling and rescheduling flow on Manychat (integrated with Make and Google Calendar) — and also to develop a reminder bot.
The scheduling and rescheduling flow in Manychat is already set up and the logic is correct — I’ve reviewed everything and it’s all in place.
However, my Manychat account was inactive for about four months. During that time, I lost the phone number I had purchased through Manychat. I recently reactivated the account and bought a new number (also through the platform, so no Meta verification was needed).
From that point, the flow should be working — but when I try to run it, it shows as if it’s executing, yet I don’t receive any messages on WhatsApp.
Also, I can no longer send or respond to messages through the platform. Previously, at least a contact attempt by the bot would show — now, not even that.
I'm not sure if this is due to the time I was inactive or something else, but I need help understanding and fixing it.
Important: there is no issue with the creation or update of Google Calendar events. The problem is that the flow isn’t actually triggering — even though it's fully built and connected properly to Make.
In addition, the reminder bot still needs to be created. The goal is for users to receive an automated WhatsApp message before their scheduled appointment, pulling the date and time directly from Google Calendar.
I’m looking for someone with proven experience in:
Integration between Manychat, Make (Integromat), and Google Calendar;
Webhook configuration and data handling in Make;
Building logical flows in Manychat (with variables, conditions, and data updates);
Creating reminder automations (via delay, tags, or Make logic).
If this is your area and you’re available to handle this fix + new task, feel free to reach out!
