A line across the screen of the Previous H4 high and low and the previous H1 high and low

I am looking for an experienced programmer to help me complete a project requiring expertise in JavaScript. I need a line to be drawn across my trading view screen of the previous high and low for each H4 and H1. This will be a desktop program and I have a specific deadline for completion.
