laravel angular shakaplayer HLS

we are using shaka player serving hls from apache webserver to larvael angular website

the hls works on web browsers and android but not on Iphone and ipad

we have got it to work on iphone and ipad but need someone experienced to convert a mp4 into the rightfull audio and video format and then change to hls to get it to work on all platforms.

we beleve that the m3u8 files are being generated incorectly when using the shaka packager and we are having to manualy change the master playlist bitrate ans resolution to get it to work


we have sentery.io

and browserstack for error checking and multio platform checking

we have used shaka packager again and now we get an error
