javascript expert to improvise the form fields to add new functionalities and improvisation

I am looking for a skilled JavaScript expert to help me improve the form fields on my website. The project involves making minor changes to the form fields to add new functionalities and improve user experience.
Functionalities to be added:
Condition: User entered DEPART FROM has to be RETURN TO
DATE & TIME is Mandatory (if user select ADD A STOP without these fields error message the field in red)
When the DATE is selected, the RETURN DATE updates dynamically from the DATE of the last added stop.
When a stop is added DATE & TIME can only be in the future
The minimum TIME between the two points is determined from the distance between the points at 100 km/hr +15 mins (allow users to set a higher time but when they choose a lower time display message: “There’s no adequate traveling time” but allow users to request their time).
Time Date can be fetched from api link passing the lat,lon of point a and point b returns the json data of distance and approx. time
Workload:
- The changes to be made on the form fields are minor, requiring some adjustments and improvements.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience in working with form fields and implementing conditional logic
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for making necessary adjustments to the existing form layout
