jQuery Sortable / Dragable Implementation

Hi Team,
Looking for a freelancer who can create an HTML / Javascript / jQuery page that allows me to order specific elements. I've attached a diagram to this project, which outlines how I want the screen to look and now I will explain it.
The first three columns, report blocks, recommendations and graphs represent parts of a word document that I want to create and the final Report Layout column contains how I want the word document to be laid out. So for instance if I wanted to have Report Block #4 from the Report Blocks column and drag it over to the Report Layout screen and position it where I would like it.
There would also need to be a save button which would basically translate each of the draggable blocks into a sort order so I can then store them in a database.
So I guess think of it like the WordPress Widgets section in the Admin Panel.
Any queries let me know.
