ionic camera preview with finger detection

I'm looking for developer who can make ionic plugin to detect finger from camera preview.
The user jouney is
- when user tap "start" on ionic app, camera will turn on with flash (use https://ionicframework.com/docs/native/camera-preview)
- when user point camera to finger, it can detect finger (view this example. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gSMyMfysbnbJGg2jl8wDaqLq1vDsJvGm/view)
- if camera found finger with good focus, it will snap photo automatically.
