I am looking for a developer to create an interactive map on my website that will have filters and report builders behind a login screen so users needs to have subscribed their email to use the features. The map will be focused on Australia. I need the functionality to be similar to the below website

I will be able to provide longitude and latitude markers for most locations that need to be marked on the map.
I need admin ability to update map after complete.
I am looking for someone who can talk me through the project clearly and be willing to provide estimates on time etc to get the work done so that i can budget accordingly.
