2D and 3D home design website -- 2

i know Html, CSS, js, three.js.... etc I'm trying to design a website for "2d and 3d Home Design" but i can't do it,.................... 1) The project is a website 2d and 3D for home design,....... 2) the clients can register accounts on the site, .......3) They can build and design a home ( rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garden, up stars floor.... etc)....., 4) They can build walls (2D and 3D) scene, camera, lights.....etc ,............. 5) They can drag and drop furniture and accessories to the project ( to the canvas),.......6) They can also change the textures and the colors of the furniture, accessories , the walls and the floors...... 7) They can also save the project to their accounts (to database) , so, they can continue to design later...... 8) Some features are free, others are in app purchases... 9) They can also take 360 degree screenshot of the design .... 10) They can also download the project (scene, camera, lights... etc) as video file ......................... any help.. thank you
