help with my code

I have a code written in HTML that is currently functional. However, I am looking for help to add some new features to it. The programming language used is HTML. Ideally, I would like a professional to work on the project and make sure it is running effectively and efficiently. The freelancer must have a sound understanding of HTML code and should also be familiar with adding new features.
