I have an HTML function that I need tweaked to be structured in Vue/Quasar

I have a function that I need to have restructured so it runs in a Vue page, it's the uploaded file. I would like to have an input box so I can put in stock symbols. Currently the function is hard coded for HUT and HIVE. I would also like to have the symbol added to the array so I can simply loop the array to create a datatable of use it as a datasource for a grid. Please know Vue and or Quasar if you are going to bid. Currently a console.log of the array is fine. Please do not low bid and then ask what's my budget. I don't need an entire project just the vue page. I'm using AXIOS so no restructure to AJAX and no jQuery
