google maps integration

I need a programmer with experience in JavaScript and Google Maps API.
The need is to create a script that uses the new way of creating the map with the asynchronous InitMap function and the dynamic import of libraries (importLibrary) as described in the documentation (https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript /load-maps-js-api).
The goal is to have a page that loads an empty map and that when you click with the mouse on a link or button, loads an array of AdvancedMarkers from a JSON string.
AdvancedMarkers must be customized with the data contained in the JSON:
- id
- position (latitude and longitude)
- 2 letters as glyph (for example "LM")
- background color
- border color
- title
The graphical interface is not necessary, it will be inserted into an already existing application.
