give admin panel new layout

My admin panel is currently a TABLE, its scrolling horizontal. i don't like this!!
I want just a full responsive and also mobile admin panel. I want for every record a div with white background and round corner. some buttons and input fields on my admin panel are not visible for every record. it depends on the client.
I need 1 javascript update, i have some buttons on my admin panel and when i press them the page reloads to submit the data. I want the admin panel to let me click without reloading the page
