generate a front-end web UI and backe-end based on the OpenAPI spec -- 3

I am looking for an experienced web developer to generate front-end web UI and backend based on the OpenAPI specification. The development should be done using Python, as this choice best suits my requirements. I need the developer to include some testing as part of development, although not full testing, but partly.
