I want to make Clean Code for my Project

1-clean code front end :

- Remove Repeated codes
- Delete unimportant offices
-Improve lines of code
-Adding technologies so that the site is better and more appropriate
-Update the Vue JS ( You can use version 2.6 or 3.0 )
-There are files related to jquery, and these are not good at all for the site, and they must be changed
- Use Nuxt JS and Vuetify
-Organize files where they are more organized
-Attach a comprehensive report on the problems that appear in the code (before modification and after modification).
