frontend dashboard dev

I need someone who can develop frontend, it will be a dashboard, and user can input with text editor, and the editor will send input to the corresponding API, get response, and display for the user, the dashboard will be "kanban" "card" style, user can create or directly use different template card, once click it either generate simple text input box, or direct to a text editor, you will use TAILWINDCSS for the UI and design.
you should be a very experienced frontend developer, your skill should be :
