fix touchmove() that drags and move element on image (html, js)

The project is built on Django with mediapipe so the most significant portion is JavaScript. Switching from flax to grid broke some js functionality. We have 2 dots on the image which we need to move with a mouse or finger. this operation does work properly. Some other small touch-ups are needed to be done. Estimation work is 2 hours.
