finish a barcode label generator web app

I am seeking a skilled web developer to finish a barcode label generator web app. The app was developed using JavaScript. The desired functionality of the generator is to generate, print, and save barcodes from a CSV file.The barcode format is code 128.
The csv file must tke 3 columns of data (Barcode Data, Line 1, Line 2).
I have already made a chrone extention for 1 barcode label. Now I want a web app that can generate a lsit of barcodes.
