eBay Partner Network Troubleshooting Assistance
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need someone to help investigate and fix numerous issues with my websites regarding the Ebay Partner Network and the Ebay Developer Program, therefore the person that takes this task on needs to understand both of these Ebay programs in depth and also the code that makes them work.
Ebay Developer Program and Affiliate Program:
EPN – Ebay Partner Network
EDP – Ebay Developer Program
The websites are built in Classic ASP, but this is very easy to navigate and understand. The EDP/EPN code is javascript.

The questions and tasks involved in this Freelancer job:
1. Why did the websites stop showing search results from EPN/EDP?
2. Was the reason for the websites not showing the search results, the update to the SSL/TLS Certificate initiated by Hostgator on or around the X of January (the dates line up)?
3. The results for EPN have started to show on hornbyguide.com, why are we still not receiving clicks in the EPN reporting?
4. Are the search results working on the website for the U.K. and U.S users? This needs to be tested and if not working this needs to be amended. (I am in Australia)
5. Why are the search results not showing on a mobile phone web browser, but working on a computer web browser?
6. Why are the results working for ‘www.hornbyguide.com’ for myself in Australia, but not for ‘www.scalextricguide.com’?
7. I would like to share with Ebay Partner Network Support the following as requested: “share an example query you make and/or the rlogid of the call you made. Practically, all the data you can share in terms of the console logs of the calls you make that return no results”
