D3.js developer that loads from spreedsheet

I am after a D3.js Data Visualisation to be setup that reads (and refreshes) from a spreadsheet (xls or csv).

- Create D3.js Force Directed Graph that reads from xls or csv file
- Create custom formatting attributes for node and link labels / node colours based on attributes.
- Group Nodes
- Click on a node and show dialogue with attributes.
