develop and update an existing tool with python flask and jquery

I have a tool that uses selenium IDE and a python flask server program to capture network calls. I need to develop it further:
- enhance the UI and improve functionalities
- develop and deploy server side scheduling and autorun of the same functionalities
- create a data comparison/validation functionality
- create a backend CRM interface to manage the tool
