data visualization using D3.js or similar java script vector based visualization tool

I need code for a visualization based on a spreadsheet I currently have. I have attached the sample visualization that I have manually done on Adobe Illustrator. but as the database grows, I want to be able to export the updated spreadsheet into a csv file and link it to the code so it can continue the visualization as I progress in data collection. The visualization needs to use some form of java script and I will need an explanation of the logic being used. And I will be able to run the code through Visual Code Studio where I can just link the updated spreadsheet to visualize.

I will need a draft in 24 hours from now (Sunday 11pm UTC+4)
and I will need the finished product by Tuesday (11pm UTC+4)
