data grid/table platform

I need someone who can build a data query platform, the data very large, about 1 TB data(we can start with several GB), so the platform/system needs to be scalable, I need people be able to login the system, and they can query the data based on their filter and criteria, and show the data in data grid or data table, and then they can select the data they want, and show details, then save or download the data.
you should be an expert of:
javascript, typescript
mongodb/nosql db
or python django
