create a test web app with 3D library

i need a test web app with 1 function only, following exactly some samples in attachment: load 3D object from web app, upload image from user's device, cover image on 3D object. We will test you work by replacing with my given 3D objects and images. if it shows the same effect then it's ok. the page should be compatible with my php site.
