create a small edge browser extension -- 2

Flow: i will open any new freelancer project page, extension will scrape its data and call an external page that will return the bid data and then auto submit bid.

you will send these parameters to my external page
1: project title
2: project description
3: project skills
4: project budget

my page will return json with these parameters
1: bid text
2: bid price
3: bid time
4: autobid (false/true) (if false return then do nothing)

deliverable
you will provide me extension and its code. i will install that on my edge browser.
