create next js app..

I have a next.js app and I need a next.js developer that can implement the following features:

- Fix dynamic routes, dynamic sitemap, MUI fix grid, and MUI scrollable tabs;
- /account/create > create a new account with accessToken
- /account/access > access existing account with the accessToken
- /account > show retakeToken and update account details in the MongoDB
- /account/retake > recover forgotten accessToken with its retakeToken
- / > enter a domain or keyword or filter & show matched accounts from the DB
- /signals/_id > send, reply, and delete signals or instant messages
- /signals > show signal index
- > implement Stripe Customer Portal, upgrade accounts, and restrict accounts based on plans

The following routes will be protected from logged-out users > /account, /signals, and /signals/id.
