create api app

I need an API App that will allow users to programmatically generate HTML pages. To use the app, each user must log in with their Google account, create API endpoints by uploading their CSV files, and insert an endpoint in their HTML file using a custom script that we will build so that the endpoint will work with their frontend framework i.e. JavaScript, React, Angular, PHP, WordPress, Weebly, Shopify, Wix, etc.
