create me API from Excel data

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an API from my Excel data. The purpose of the API is data storage, as I want to be able to access the data from multiple platforms. I prefer the API to be written in JavaScript. The data that the API will handle is mixed, containing both numeric and text data.
