We are seeking a highly experienced and specialized freelance developer in Axelor ERP to configure our Axelor platform instance, focusing on custom contract templates and printing settings. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to analyze our specific needs and implement tailored solutions to streamline our processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing our company's needs for custom contract templates for Clients/Suppliers and Employees, ensuring they comply with legal regulations and business requirements. Identify necessary information and fields for the new templates.
Importing the templates into the appropriate Axelor modules (Purchasing for Clients/Suppliers and HR for Employees), ensuring the correct file format is selected and the appropriate import settings are configured.
Configuring dynamic fields in contract templates by linking them to existing data in the system, thus automatically populating contract information from company data.
Developing workflows in Purchasing and HR modules to automate contract creation and management, including actions such as contract creation, notifications to relevant parties, and updating contract information in the system.
Testing and validating new contract templates and configuration settings, making adjustments as needed to resolve issues identified during testing.
Implementing configured templates and settings in the production environment, making them available to users.
Configuring Axelor's printing settings to meet our company's specific requirements, such as paper format, orientation, margins, headers, footers, fonts, and font sizes.
Testing and validating printing settings and document templates, ensuring printed documents are properly formatted and readable, and making adjustments as needed to resolve issues identified during testing.
Implementing configured printing settings and document templates in the production environment, making them available to users.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working with ERPs in general and Axelor ERP, preferably with experience in customizing contract templates and printing configurations. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
