JS code modification

I have a JS code that will display exit-intent when the mouse moves away from the page.
However, it has a flaw that it doesn't work on mobile.
So, I want to add a trigger function based on time, which is very simple.
For example, if the user stays on the page after 20 seconds, exit-intent will be displayed.
(Of course, on desktop devices, if the user moves the mouse away from the page within the set time, exit-intent still needs to be displayed.)
P.S. I have put the JS code that needs to be modified in the attachment and added a picture as a description, it can help you better understand what I mean, I don't need to use the panel control like it, it's just for you to understand the functionality I want.
