calorie cowboy

Hi guys & girls
looking for somebody to help me develop this project
I would like a chrome extension to be able to tell me how many calories are in my groceries for the week before I purchase them online.

-web app (basic) clean look and handle subscriptions
-a chrome extension
-data scraper

this would be for Australian websites
Woolworths.com.au
coles.com.au
- I dont think these websites have calories available, but www.fatsecrets.com.au has all of them available(data scrape this site

Please let me know if you could improve this idea or what your recommendation would be on how to build it, languages and how would you do it
