building a NFT snapshot tool like https://nftsnap.xyz/

I need a NFT snapshot tool like https://nftsnap.xyz to get the wallet address of the NFT holder

1. User can select network (Ethereum, Polygon, Ethereum Testnet and Polygon Testnet) of the contract
2. User can add contract address of the NFT to get the snapshot list
3. User can select a specific date and time as the snapshot time
4. User can view the snapshot list in website
5. User can generate CSV or XLS file of the snapshot list

For the snapshot list, I need the following info:
i) TokenID
ii) Token Name
iii) Wallet address of the token holder
iv) Date and Time of the token acquired
