build a react app

i am looking to create a react site which will allow the below:

- screen record
- record audio and web cam video
- embed iframe
- save screen recording to storage

I have created a proof of concept to test this and things are working, i would like to now hand it over for development.

I would like to understand your level of javascript experience. i'm an engineer myself and would like to first know if you have experience with the above
