build hotjar like session recorder

I have a chrome extension, I want to implement there a feature of session recording like hotjar === seamless to the user.
the extension is written in typescript (and this feature should be as well) all the sessions should be recording -> and saved in S3 ( integration implemented ).
the idea is to be able to watch the recording with React-Player
