bug fix on magento 2

Hi,
i have installed new theme on my site and i have some problems. i need a Magento developer to fix it.
1) i have a problem updating the core file. all other patches like for 2.4.3 fix install ok only this has the error as shown below.

2) on admin I see all blank pages only on your tab.
