UX analysis and improvement proposal

I have a software develop in html, js and servlets that consume a video editing framework. This software connected to the framework has different screens that must be analyzed in order to improve the user experience.

It is required to analyze around 10 to 15 screens and generate a UX technical report that indicates in a concrete way the improvement actions to be carried out
