add live camera system to my website

I am looking for a developer to add a surveillance system with specific features to my website. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing live camera systems and be familiar with web development.


What is broadly sought is that certain clients can see how their product is processed, through a surveillance camera. They would have limited time access depending on how long it takes to process their material, and they would be notified when their material begins to be processed. with a notification to the phone, which would require login or being asked for the information.



Requirements:

- The live camera footage should only be viewable by certain users
- Additional feature of recording and storing video
