Zoho Bookings: Custom variables for agent information in Email

We have some custom information about an agent(counselor), that we wish to display in the outgoing mail to the user when any appointment is booked. Currently we are only able to use 4 "variables"
- Counsellor Name
- Counsellor Email
- Counsellor Contact Number
- Counsellor Timezone.
We wish to add another such field which is associated with a counsellor. Let's say "Counsellor Language".
For example, if the appointment is booked with a agent A and agent A has a "language" attribute as "Hindi", the email sent to the user should say that "Your appointment is booked with agent A who speaks hindi".
