Zendesk and ChatGBT API integration + custom Zendesk app

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me integrate Zendesk and ChatGBT API, as well as develop a custom Zendesk app. Specifically, I need the following:

- Integration of Zendesk and ChatGBT API: When a new ticket comes in Zendesk, we need to query ChatGBT and save the translation as internal note.
- Custom Zendesk app for outgoing messages and ChatGBT prompts: I need a custom Zendesk app that can help agents translate English to customers language. With efficient functions, like "Translate and reply to customer"
- Real time ChatGBT translation in Zendesk Chat to both directions. To english and back to customers language.
- Preferred programming languages: We are open to any programming language that is suitable for this integration.
- This all need to be created as custom Zendesk installation

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:

- Expertise in Zendesk
- ChatGBT API integration experience
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Experience in developing custom Zendesk apps.
- Knowledge of ticket management, reporting, and analytics.
