Project Overview
XooNoo is a retail app that enables users to find restaurants in their area, place orders, and get their orders delivered. Restaurants utilize a web-based application to monitor and fulfill these orders. The aim is to improve the order notification and tracking system for our restaurant partners.
Objectives:
1. Enhanced Notifications: Restaurants should receive alerts for new orders via the mobile app through push notifications and potentially via SMS text messages. Freelancers are expected to evaluate these options and provide recommendations including costs and timeline.
2. Automated Call Alerts: Should an order remain unaccepted for a specific time frame, an automated call with a prerecorded message should alert the restaurant.
3. Management Alerts: Notifications should also be sent to our management team when an order is not attended to by a restaurant.
4. Metrics Dashboard: Implement a dashboard to track unaccepted orders at each restaurant.
