Write new short code to html page
Budget: $10 – $11 USD
I am attaching my current HTML page. When we click a link on it, it will scroll to the content with tag id="scroll" and then it will open its link "{offer_link}" inside the hidden iframe.
Step 1: I need that new link would be changed from:
<a href="{offer_link}" s8="#scroll">
to:
<a href="#scroll">
Step 2: {offer_link} would be located in a single place inside a new code. So that it will also open "{offer_link}" URL inside hidden iframe after we click <a href="#scroll">
I prefer a code that would work without an external jquery.min.js URL.
New code should also have a scroll speed adjustment that could be changed in milliseconds.
