Write a javascript script for photoshop to clean up small dots

I am looking for a javascript script that can clean up small dots in my images using Photoshop. The dots that need to be removed are between 1-3 pixels in size. The script should be compatible with 2023 Photoshop and I need to specify the layer and dot size. Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
