Write a chrome extension to read requests being made on a particular tab

My project requires a skilled freelancer to create a new Chrome extension. The extension will be used to read requests being made on a particular tab and log them. The technology needed to complete this project is Javascript and the features should include the ability to identify requests to particular websites and log them. I do not have any existing code, so I need assistance to create the extension from scratch.
