Write SaaS plugin for Etherpad

There is a text editor called etherpad https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite .
Now this editor can be customized with different plugins https://static.etherpad.org/index.html
It is now our intention to develop an SaaS plugin for (see here how to create one, https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/wiki/Creating-a-plugin), such that users can manage their documents, create groups for document access, have auth0 authenticaion and page to modify their data, and have the possibility to select between different payment modules and make payment happen with Stripe. There are some requirements, which you find in the attachment (proposal_detailed.txt).
Overall, the entire modifcations should like very stylish. The code should be well-documented and there should also be thorough code testing, such that we can be sure others can work on it and the code works.
Please show in your bid that you read the description in the attachment, as otherwise you cannot be considered. That means, I want to see some thoughts and questions to it.
