Wrap Text In SVG Shapes

I'm looking for someone who is familiar with SVG coding and libraries to wrap text in SVG shapes, doesn't matter if it is JavaScript code or Python.
The goal is to reach a code that take any SVG file and wrap the text provided within it in justified alignment with the ability of the font to resize to fit the shape, if the text is long the size reduces to fit, if short text, the font size increases to fill up the whole shape.
