WordPress Client Portal Plugin Overhaul

I’m working with a substantial in-house WordPress client-portal plugin that already bundles a CRM, ticket support, project management, a custom block builder, and WHMCS connectivity. The core workflow is managing client tasks and projects, yet the current UI, especially the block builder, is holding us back.

Here’s what I need from you:

1. Rebuild the block-builder interface from the ground up so it mirrors the experience and design flow of get.section.express/prototyper. It must feel fast, drag-and-drop intuitive, and generate clean Gutenberg-compatible blocks.
2. Redesign every screen of the portal and the public-facing website—CRM, tickets, projects, dashboards, the lot—without breaking existing data or WHMCS hooks. A modern, consistent UI/UX is non-negotiable.
3. Extend the plugin with subscription and membership capabilities: Subscriptions or native Stripe code—whichever delivers smoother integration and keeps the codebase lean.
4. Quality gates: responsive layout, PHP/JS lint-free commits, and no regressions across the current features. I’ll review on a staging site before sign-off.
